Intervention and crisis management

When a crisis occurs, Relais Expert-Conseil ensures ensures rapid and efficient management of both psychological and emotional state of individuals who are victims of traumatic events. The post-traumatic intervention process is structured in order to provide the necessary support to the individual, as well as his family and the organization.
 
This crisis intervention cell includes:

• Bilingual counsellors answering calls 24/7;
• An internal team of experienced psychologists to intervene in crisis and emergency situations;
• An external network of emergency response psychologists, who  are guided and supervised according to Relais Expert-Conseil’s clinical orientation in order to ensure the quality and consistency of our overall services;
• As part of the Employee Assistance Program, Relais Expert-Conseil can respond quickly and effectively to handle any situation.
